Clinical Supervision

Kim provides professional Clinical Supervision for Couples and Family Counsellors, individual counsellors, therapists, case workers, and psychotherapists. 

Kim has a Master Degree and extensive experience in couples and family counselling. She combines this knowledge with her experience as a psycho-dynamic therapist, infant mental health professional, using developmental and trauma informed therapy.  Kim offers expertise in using the DMM approach; Attachment, Regulation and Competency.

Kim has provided Clinical Supervision and training for many individuals and for organisations across NSW.

Kim offers Clinical Supervision by face to face, telephone or video supervision sessions internationally.

Clinical Supervision enhances student and newer practitioners support and training.  It offers refinement in their skills and processes under the developmental model of supervision.  It addresses the levels of practice development, and enhances knowledge as well as address the individuals personal barriers and empowers their strengths.

Counselling supervisor Kim has been trained in several forms of Clinical Supervision including the Wheel of Supervision and the Seven Eyed model of Supervision, along with the developmental model to name a few.
